## Summary

I lead a 10-person software development organization in Türkiye's regulated energy distribution sector and am the technical lead for the company's AI transformation. My current work is on-prem infrastructure, agentic AI architecture, and redesigning the software development lifecycle around autonomous agents.

- Lead a 10-person organization made up of a full-stack product team and an operational technical support team.
- Responsible for budget, vendor and contract processes, roadmap prioritization, and the technical foundation of the company-wide AI transformation.
- Proposed redesigning the software development lifecycle around autonomous AI agents (Agentic SDLC) and launched it with executive backing.

- Led the mobile app's move from Flutter to React Native.

- **Agentic SDLC transformation** (in progress, architect and lead): We are embedding Claude Code and our own agents into every phase, from analysis to deployment.
- **NextPO** (end-to-end owner): A decision support platform that analyzes corporate demands with AI, calculates their cost and sets priorities. It became the flagship project of the Next2030 strategic transformation program. *CXO Medya, Strategic Leadership award.*
- **Nebula** (technical lead, solution architect): The platform that brings the company's AI applications together. Agile agents that write user stories, estimate story points and assign tasks run on it, along with chatbots that support customer representatives. *IDC Future Enterprise Awards 2024, Best in Business Enablement, 3rd place.*
- **Rebuilding the mobile app** (tech lead): We rebuilt an app inherited from an external vendor on a single React Native codebase for iOS and Android.
- **Leylek, on-prem Kubernetes migration:** We moved critical applications onto an RKE2 cluster (Rancher, Longhorn, F5, Traefik). System downtime dropped by about 90%.
